Who is responsible for your data

This text is offered in several languages as a courtesy. Should the versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.

We process personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What we process, why, and for how long

We only collect what each use of the website needs:

• Enquiries. When you write to us through a contact form we take your name, email address and message to answer you. Legal basis: the steps you ask us to take before a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering you. We keep enquiries for twelve months unless a booking follows.

Who receives your data

We do not sell personal data. It is processed on our behalf, or received, by:

• Byte Bunny S.L.U. (BunnyOwn), Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain — hosts this website and the systems behind its forms on our behalf, as our processor
• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany / Finland) — the servers the platform runs on
• Cloudflare, Inc. (EU Data Boundary; EU–US Data Privacy Framework) — delivery network and DNS in front of the platform that receives this website’s forms
• Resend, Inc. (United States, standard contractual clauses) — delivers the email we send you and receives the email of our website address

International transfers

Some of the providers above are established, or keep servers, outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format; where processing rests on consent you may withdraw it at any time without affecting what was done before. Write to marinemaxal@gmail.com with enough detail to identify you. If you believe your rights were not respected, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and stores nothing in your browser except, where a choice is offered, your own preference. Our audience measurement works without identifiers.

Security

Data is transmitted encrypted and stored on servers within the European Union, with access limited to the people who need it to provide the service.
